WAIT… THIS IS MENOPAUSE? Lovely. Marvellous. Fabulous. Would’ve been nice if someone had mentioned that before my body started acting like a haunted house with Wi-Fi issues.

If your body’s staging a full-blown rebellion — hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, ragey tears, anxiety, rubbish sleep, and zero patience for nonsense — and you’re thinking, “Is it just me?” No, love. Never just you.

Events list

That’ll Be Menopause is a bold, community-led menopause and midlife wellbeing brand built for people who are done struggling in silence.

It brings together online community, plain-English education, real talk, evidence-informed support and humour with heart for people experiencing perimenopause, menopause, surgical menopause and postmenopause. No shame. No silence. No nonsense. And absolutely no miracle-cure waffle dressed up in beige wellness language.

Menopause & Me is the in-person events arm of That’ll Be Menopause — the bit where the flock gathers in real life. Through local events, coffee afternoons, support-led spaces and honest conversations, Menopause & Me creates welcoming places where people can talk openly, ask questions, share experiences, laugh when they can, cry when they need to, and leave feeling less alone.

Together, That’ll Be Menopause and Menopause & Me talk about the bits too many people are still expected to manage quietly: hot flushes, night sweats, brain fog, mood changes, sleep disruption, anxiety, body changes, relationship wobbles, workplace nonsense and the occasional urge to launch someone into the sun before breakfast.

We are not here to diagnose, prescribe or tell anyone what they “should” do with their body. We are here to offer support, signposting, practical tools, shared experience and a safe space to ask the questions people were never properly invited to ask.

At the heart of it all is community: online, local, loud when needed, soft when it matters, and always grounded in the belief that menopause is common — but common does not mean trivial.

This is support for real life, not the airbrushed version.

Come as you are: messy, tired, foggy, tearful, furious, hopeful, sweating through your bra or arriving with a notebook and snacks like the organised goddess you occasionally pretend to be.

You’re not imagining it.
You’re not too much.
You’re not doing this alone.

Welcome to That’ll Be Menopause — where the kettle’s on, standards are high, and midlife is the flaming encore.
